Children and adolescents under 19 years have free admission to our museums.
Tickets can be purchased at one of our four service desks (State Hall, Library at Heldenplatz, Palais Mollard and Literature Museum) or online in our Ticket Shop.

* Students under 27 years, individuals doing military and civilian service, holders of an identity card for disabled persons, friends of cooperating museums and organisations receive discounted admission to all museums of the Austrian National Library with their ID.
Members of the Association of the Friends of the Austrian National Library, ICOM members, holders of the Kulturpass “Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur”, journalists with press card, companions registered in the disability pass as well as companions of school classes, day-care, kindergarten, tour, further education or student groups enjoy free admission to all museums.
One-time free admission to all museum areas per NÖ-Card holder per season.
One-time free admission to all museum areas for holders of the Vienna Pass.
One-time free admission to the State Hall for holders of the Flexi Pass.
One-time free admission to all museum areas for holders of the Go City All-Inclusive Pass (House of Austrian History not included).

If booked (non-public) tours are not cancelled three working days before the tour at the latest, cancellation charges will apply. Please note the applicable price list.
Note: These cancellation conditions do not apply to public guided tours (ticket shop). These tickets (tour fee including admission) are not exchanged or refunded.
