• Lockers
  Before entering the exhibition areas, umbrellas, all types of backpacks and bags larger than 30 x 40 cm, must be left in the coin operated lockers (2-EUR coin).
   
• Filming and photography
  Filming and photography of objects in the museum without artificial lighting or tripod are permitted for private, academic or other non-commercial purposes (e.g. as part of public reporting).
   
• The Museum policies apply.

• Admission through the central gate of the Neue Hofburg (use the left ramp, right gate wing can be opened using a special key or registration via the intercom).
• Appointment possible by telephone: Tel.: +43 1 534 10-511.
• Parking spaces for people with limited mobility are available in the short-stay parking area at Heldenplatz.
• Barrier-free WC facilities can be found at Heldenplatz: ground floor and book store (lift).
• Visitors may be accompanied by a certified assistance dog.
• Accompanying persons registered in the disabled ID card have free admission to all museum areas.
