The following documents must be attached to the application:
Proof of current professional academic activity (incl. writing of dissertations or post-doctoral theses) or a publication project (confirmation by institute, client or publisher). The proof should not be older than 3 months.
The submitted documents will be deleted after completion of the approval procedure. This does not apply to the application form and the proof of current scientific activity. These documents will be deleted 14 months after submission.
The submitted documents will be checked and the data will be entered into our user database for the purpose of issuing an annual pass with special authorisation or, in the case of a renewal, will be compared with it.
The transmitted documents will be deleted after the approval process has been completed. The application form and proof of current academic activity are excluded from this. These documents are deleted 14 months after they have been submitted.
