Due to an event, the State Hall will be closed on Wednesday, November 19, from 12 p.m.
Between December 27, 2025 and January 5, 2026, all reading rooms of the collections (except those at Heldenplatz!) will only be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Please note the opening hours in December and around New Year's Eve.
The reading rooms on Heldenplatz will be closed on Sunday, October 26 (National Holiday), Saturday, November 1 (All Saints' Day) and Sunday, November 2, 2025 (All Souls' Day).
The State Hall, Literature Museum, Papyrus Museum, Globe Museum and Esperanto Museum will be open during their regular opening hours.
Ariadne regularly offers research trainings on topics and perspectives in women’s and gender studies – as part of the program of the Centre for Information and Media Literacy at the Austrian National Library.
