We would like to point out that, for conservational reasons, different kinds of access apply to certain kinds of holdings.
The books in the collection can all be easily ordered using the Catalogue QuickSearch of the Austrian National Library – if there are any restrictions, we will tell you in our Library Regulations.
If you want to access manuscripts, autograph documents, bequests or files from the Austrian National Library archive, please contact (had-slg[at]onb.ac.at) the Department in writing at least three business days before your visit  – details can be found in the Regulations for using the department. Your library card is valid for the Department of Manuscripts and Rare Books.
Extensive specialist literature about the holdings is available to you via the Catalogue QuickSearch, and a selection can be viewed in the open access area of the Augustinian Reading Room.
