Search via the Printed materials tab in Katalog QuickSearch > search field University papers.

Austrian university papers from 1982 are included (of papers published earlier, only a selection; dissertations only until 2007).

Search via the University papers tab in the search engine of the Österreichischen Bibliothekenverbundes:
Proof of availability mostly by means of abstracts, a large number of which are already accessible as full text (separately designated via free full texts).
Datenbank-Infosystem (DBIS) > Expanded search > Database types List of dissertations.

University papers at the German National Library:
Search in the Katalog der Deutschen Nationalbibliothek: Expanded search > Locations/catalogues tab > University papers, or enter the search term and then filter by University papers.
Large number already available as full text (filter possibility online resources).
DissOnline was integrated into the Catalogue of the German National Library in 2012.
